Bomb in Manila-Makati

A bomb went off in the mall up in Manila in the Makati area. That's the finance area where all the foreign investment is. So I thought, makes sense...but today on the news I saw that some army guy here is being investigated because he said the government did it...um does this guy value his life? Bizarre. You'd be better off blaming Al-Queda, dude. Shut up.
